HR Business Partner France (m/f)

As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f) for our local entities in France. You will act as a strategic partner to the business and your main goal will be the implementation and development of the global HR strategy at local level in our French locations. You will be focused on supporting and developing teams at KWS, while keeping track on local requirements to make sure that strategies, programs, and policies are compliant with local regulations. In addition, you play a key role growing our different business units by keeping track of Recruiting activities and you will ensure the transparent communication and support regarding (local) training needs.
The position is based in France in one of our locations (Mons-en-Pévèle, Roye, Champhol, Buzet) and unlimited.YOUR TASKSYou are the “first point of contact” and interface between function and Business for knowledge-based activitiesYou will support the implementation and monitoring of functional and compliant KWS-wide HR policies and standards while keeping track on local requirementsYou will provide counselling to employees, and support and challenge managers regarding performance management system, personnel cost planning and forecasting, succession planning, career paths, trainings, conflict resolutions, etc.You take a critical role in finding, attracting, and developing the best talents for KWSYou will be the first point of contact and interface between Expert Hubs HR, GTC HR and the business – making sure that you support the business in all decision-making processes by providing the appropriate information, reports, and analysisYou will be part and / or lead projects to improve processes and workflowsYOUR PROFILEPreferably you have an excellent academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law or a comparable field of studyYou have several years of HR professional experience in a globally operating company, and you can also draw on practical knowledge in project managementYou have professional experience in talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning, recruitment, and personal developmentFurthermore, you can analyze HR key figures to develop goals from them and to advance decisive requirements with sound and economically efficient thinkingYour strong communication skills ensure the right level of diplomacy on the one hand and assertiveness on the other hand
