Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is essential for managing our large headcount of 900 employees and ensuring smooth HR operations in a somewhat chaotic environment. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hands-on, and have experience with unions and HR systems like Workday and Kronos.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and issues.
Union Relations: Manage and negotiate with unions to ensure compliance and maintain a positive working relationship.
HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, from interviewing to onboarding new employees.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
HR Systems Management: Utilize HR systems such as Workday and Kronos for data management and reporting.
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company goals.
Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to improve overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Language: Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Union Experience: Demonstrable experience working with unions.
HR Systems: Preferably experienced with Workday and Kronos.
Resilience: Strong ability to remain resilient and composed in a chaotic work environment.
Hands-on Approach: Willingness to be hands-on and present in the office, addressing issues directly.
