Apply today and start your !The positionAs a trusted partner for the local management team, you will be supporting our investment project. You will help to develop the organisation to meet future needs, set the direction within HR in related topics and be a key player in developing and supporting senior management teams to succeed. Your main responsibilities will be within:
- Maintaining and further development of robust HR processes for a relatively new business unit
- Leading organisational development, organisational design, and organisational culture discussions on a continuous basis as the project develops with a One team approach
- Talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategy
- Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives based on analysed data
In addition to this you will be executing the central yearly HR processes, Bonus & Salary, Talent management and Employee Engagement. You will also be supporting and driving the strategic and operational discussions in the management teams regarding leadership, organisational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing.Your main stakeholders will be our Corporate Project Vice President and Project Directors, and you are a natural part of the management group.The job will be carried out from our sites in Bagsværd and Kalundborg.QualificationsAs a Business Partner with several years of experience, you have excellent stakeholder, project- and implementation skills. We imagine that you have a degree within HR, Psychology or Business Management, but you might also be from a completely different field or a former Manager moving into HR. Having excellent people and leadership skills is a requirement.Further, others will say you are:

Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Danish skills – or willingness to learn – will be considered a plus. Experience from pharma and/or larger organisations is preferred.About the departmentThis is a unique position aligned to two business areas, firsty you will be part of our People & Organisation Business Partnering team consisting of several HR Business Partners and a Training Academy team supporting all HR processes in API production and in API Expansions. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.You will be supporting PS API Expansions. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 70,000 employees.PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment.
