MissionIn coordination with the HR Manager and the GMs of the different operational units, the HR Business Partner will be involved and manage all HR processes:Recruitment, training and development, organization development.At country level, he/she will elaborate an Employer Branding strategy in alignment with global group goals and local business needs and he/she will secure a well working environment by facilitating transparent communication, promoting Company Culture, and taking care of the employee relations.In the Atlas Copco Group, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our values; how we work together, how we innovate and how we create value for our customers and societies.
Experience requirementsPrevious experience in the same position or similar role in multicultural environment and in complex organizations.Knowledge– Very good command of English both in speaking and writing– Good knowledge of labour legislation– Good knowledge of development tools ( 360 feedback, individual assessment, etc,)– Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Educational requirements-Degree (or equivalent) while a Master in Human Resources will be considered as plusPersonality requirements– Strong communications and influencing skills– Have a good cross-cultural awareness– Enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated and well organized– Eager to learn and improve continuously– Very good stress management– Ability to work in a change environmentCountry and city descriptionMilano – Cinisello Balsamo; request to travel for 20-30% of the timeCompany presentationWithin Atlas Copco Italia, a Holding organization is responsible for all matters related to compliance – it includes Tax, Legal, IT and Human Resources – hosting services to all operational units.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
