We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Copenhagen. This is an opportunity for you to be part of our innovative and enthusiastic HR department of fifteen people who focus on talent acquisition, operations, business partnering and organisational development across our 14 global offices.You will be a part of our business partnering team consisting of five people. In collaboration with two HR Business Partner colleagues, one in Copenhagen and one in Singapore, your focus will be to support the department called Freight Services & Trading (FST). FST is our asset-light freight service unit, servicing our customers in the dry cargo, product tanker sectors, operating a highly advanced fleet of vessels that can transport anything from oil products, to coal, cement, windmill blades and locomotives. You will get broad exposure to all areas of the employee journey spanning from recruitment to offboarding. You will take ownership of the annual HR wheel in your allocated teams and implement new and existing initiatives in close collaboration with the rest of your colleagues in the HR team.Your main responsibility is to become a trusted advisor enabling our managers to carry out various HR activities and guide them throughout the process.Example of tasks includes:Driving and supporting the HR annual wheel and the performance management set-up.Individual sparring, support and empowering of managers, concerning decision making and initiatives in HR related matters.Onboarding and offboarding activities to support a good employee experience.Overseeing employment related processes with assistance from the HR Operations team.Day-to-day support within well-being, engagement, efficiency, diversity and inclusion initiatives.Your competencies and core qualifications

  • You hold a master’s degree within Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.

You have 2+ years of practical experience working as a HR Business Partner.You are fluent in English and Danish, spoken as well as written.You have experience from an international setting.Besides this you are motivated by working with tasks of both operational and strategic character.Application
