We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our P&O team in Greece and contribute to the development of our leadership culture and the fostering of Novo Nordisk Way. The position

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to CDC Heads and their teams for all P&O related issues, providing support, advice, and feedback. You will translate CDC business strategies and priorities into P&O plans, as well as designing and implementing the employee experience cycle.

You will be responsible for:

-Building organizational capabilities through advising, facilitating, and supporting Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning processes.
-Supporting the P&O Director in implementing HR strategies, building leadership culture, and managing all HR areas relevant for the Greek affiliate.
-Executing CDC related internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
-Shaping and foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, implementing local initiatives and programs regarding Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
-Managing day-to-day HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, people development, performance management, reward, and cooperation with Centers of Excellence and external HR Admin & Safety services providers.
 

Qualifications

To be our new HR Business Partner, you hold a bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business, or Economic Studies (master’s Degree and/or MBA is a plus).

On top of what we would expect:

-5+ years of experience in a standalone or highly autonomous role in human resources, including broad knowledge of all HR disciplines and profound coaching, facilitation, and change management skills.
-Minimum 2+ years of experience partnering with business leaders.
-International exposure and experience in multinational organizations, as well as dealing with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
-Very good practical knowledge of P&O areas (talent acquisition, people development including capabilities building, performance management, compensations & benefits)
-Knowledge of the Greek labour law
-Fluency in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
-Moreover, you are proficient with the use of MS Office – solid skills in Excel are an absolute must.

You will become part of the Novo Nordisk Greece team, one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world.
