We are currently seeking for an HR Business Partner for our partner in the pharmaceutical sector located in Vilvoorde.As part of a Belgium international group, you will join one of the companies located in Vilvoorde, focused on providing the best quality of products and services to their customers all around the world. As HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the HR Director. Your role? You are the corner stone internally for all employees, unions and you will overview soft HR topics with a more strategical approach.The HR Business Partner will:

• Play an active role in recruitment and selection.
• Be responsible of the employee’s life cycle.
• Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.
• Develop learning & development programs.
• Take a strategic position as Business Partner.
• Work on various projects.

• At least 3 years ‘experience in a similar position ideally.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or social law.
• Bilingual in Dutch, professional in English and a good level of French is a most.
• Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and strategical approach.
