- Daily work with the organization’s HR platforms, Workday Human Capital Management and SAP HR: hirings, terminations, modifying cost centers or organizational codes, creating positions, transferring employees, creating reports for further analysis and supporting managers with questions related to the platform among many others.
- Daily contact with employees in order to help them: vacational period calculation, maternity/paternity leaves and communication, Collective Agreement information, provide them with HR documentation…
- Periodic sending of incidents to payrolls such as international travel allowances or special supplements that must be confirmed by managers for proper payment.
- Payment of invoices to vendors, including the control of purchase requests and direct contact with venders to solve problems or give information.
- Creation of employee Workshops in both English and Spanish and subsequent presentation to different stakeholders.
- Analysis and control of absenteeism and headcount fluctuations and evolution.

- University studies in Business Administration, Law etc..
- Analytical and critical-thinking person
- Motivation and engagement for the Human Resources and Supporting Function area
- High English level (B2/C1)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Initiative, team player, adaptability to change, work with short deadlines
