What you’ll build

In this role, you will support the delivery of global HR services within the Global Functional Team part of People & Culture Local Services, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of operational processes. You will contribute to the consistent delivery of services across countries by following standardized processes and supporting global ways of working.You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to process HR activities, maintain data quality, and support employees with their requests. As part of a global team, you will help ensure a high level of service experience while adapting to local requirements where needed.You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, sharing feedback, and supporting small enhancements to processes and tools. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR operations, develop global process knowledge, and grow within a collaborative and evolving environment.

-Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
-Ability to follow defined processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy
-Comfortable working with data and systems
-Good communication skills to support employees and stakeholders in a clear and professional way
-You’re a team player who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, international environment
-A basic understanding of HR processes or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required
-Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
