As an HR Assistant, you serve as the main link between HR Business Partners and HR administration, handling key HR tasks like contracts, benefits, new hire support, document control, and lease car management.Responsibilities
– Act as the main link between HR Business Partners and HR administration.
– Serve as the first contact for colleagues on HR administration matters.
– Provide broad, essential HR support.
– Work directly with HR Business Partners and HR Managers.
– Ensure daily operations run smoothly while exploring ways to improve and align processes.Requirement
– A vocational degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
– Strong experience in HR administration, including employee relations in the Netherlands and solid knowledge of Dutch employment laws.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Fluent in English, proficient in Dutch, and ideally one other European language (is a plus).
– Skilled in computer programs like SAP, MS Office, and HR systems.
