Job description
To support the HR Manager in various HR functions, including monitoring occupational medicine visits, updating, and maintaining legal documents, managing employee files, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and assisting in the implementation of the HR action plan.Key Accountabilities:
- Follow and monitor HR action plans for 2024 and 2025.
- Ensure legal compliance by implementing necessary procedures (e.g., CSE meetings, mandatory training, updating DUERP, Teletravail charters, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documents (e.g., authorization for image and personal data use) are signed.
- Develop HR tools to track KPIs and propose improvements in HR management.
- Manage travel bookings and expense reports.
- Provide support with administrative tasks.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Function:

- Academic background in Administration and Human Resources.
- Proficiency in English and native fluency in French.
- IT proficiency, particularly in MS Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Eligible for an apprenticeship contract in a master’s degree program.
