HR WIZARD. IT LOVER. (OR VICE VERSA)HR Analyst (HRIS & BI) at Sarens; where you combine the unlikely areas of Human Resources, Business Analytics and ICT. Together with the HR leadership team you design the new HR Management System: Cornerstone (OnDemand). On top of that, you design and redesign existing HR dashboards in PowerBI. Thanks to the new developments you realise in Cornerstone, you can again add new HR insights to our business intelligence platform. - You learn to understand the HR Processes at Sarens. You translate these processes to a functional analysis which can be used by our implementation partner to design and develop Cornerstone (OnDemand)
- Through contact with our international community you pick-up on requirements for Cornerstone (OnDemand)
- With a project management approach you assist in steering the project, you keep track of deadlines and hold yourself and others accountable for timely delivery
- You’re the middleperson between Human Resources and ICT, to design interfaces that deliver our HR data to downstream applications
- Inside the datawarehouse, you gather and structure the HR data coming from various sources
- You use PowerBI to create dashboards with valuable insights to assist our leadership in decision making and steering the business
- You create reports, analysis and metrics on our KPI’s to provide our international HR community with advice and best practices in HR
In this position you will report to the Group C&B, HRO and HRIS Manager.—
