They currently employ around 40tys of employees in 130 locations. JTI has been on the Polish market since 2007. In 2019, a Shared Services Center was established in Warsaw, Poland, handling processes worldwide.

  • Evaluate and dissect people data to identify trends and recommend enhancements for core people metrics;
  • Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights and give recommendations;
  • Develop business models to identify correlations in order to predict outcomes and business impacts;
  • Delivering key metric reports in a timely manner;
  • Focus on providing summaries and insights, preparation of business recomendations not only raw data;
  • Promote People Analytics team as a trusted business advisor and drive data-driven mindset across P&C;
  • Partner with the P&C teams on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes, and analyze data to drive improvement;
  • Determine and articulate internal customer business questions, develop the best approach for data analysis and turn data into actionable insights & recommendations;
  • Synthesize and translate internal and external business data needs into the development and implementation of creative, clear and effective solutions with Power BI. Taking ownership of the content and maintenance;
  • Assist User Acceptance Testing (;UAT); including communicating outcomes and integrating feedback
  • Data modeling using different statistical techniques such as logistic and linear regression, decision trees, neural network or clustering.
  • University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Econometrics;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • 4 years + of work experience in data analytics. P&C experience as a plus;
  • Good command of Excel, SAP. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and R/Python as a plus;
  • High communication skills;
  • Strong focus on data and numbers;
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions;
  • Strong business orientation and experience in working with stakeholders;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
