If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us.As a result of this growth, we are looking for a bright HR Analyst to join our HR Operations team based in our Milan office.The roleThe HR Analyst will support the Team evaluating current HR processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining HR reporting and analytics, as well as providing general HR operational support.The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting employees data and compiling reports and data analysis for the HR department and other department leaders.This data collection will help us understand MotorK workforces and support strategic decisions. Also:
- Manage employee data in the HRIS system and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and analyse reports to internal stakeholders to identify trends in employee data
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and design systems or upgrades or suggest additions to meet these needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR operations are in alignment with organisational goals
- Apply best practices to improve HR operations processes
- Monitor and analyse changes in labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Support the team in developing areas of improvement in HR operations
- Assist with payroll processing and other related activities
- Prepare and produce HR metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Fix issues, glitches and system problems
- Support cross-area activities and Project in HR Ops domain
RequirementsOur ideal HR Analyst will have an academic background in Economics or Business Administration, with an interest in HR related subjects. As well as:
- advanced level of English, native Italian
- ability to handle data with confidentiality
- good level of Excel (must have)
- desire to learn
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic knowledge of Labour Law will be an added advantage
Work pattern and location
- 40 hours a week,
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working pattern
- Office based in Milan (Lambrate area)
