• Develop an in-depth understanding of store requirements by maintaining close relationships with Area and Store Managers by advising them
• Work closely with the HR Admin & Payroll team and ensure that all contracts, personnel documents and payroll are correctly created and processed
• Support the HR Admin & Payroll team as required, for example by taking on daily tasks and deputizing for colleagues in their absence
• Collaborate with international HR Advisors to deliver a range of international HR topics, company policies and specific projects within agreed timescales and to high standards
• Work closely with the HR manager, analyze and prepare HR indicators and be able to report them appropriately to the HR manager

Profiel

• Bachelor or Master in Human Resources
• Fluent in German and has very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in human resources in several EU countries, particularly in Germany and France, is essential
• Have an affinity for numbers, be meticulous and detail-oriented
• Be able to process confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations and company directives
• Manage multiple projects and tasks in balance and successfully prioritize workload
• Someone who has excellent communication skills and is able to build strong relationships and exert influence at all levels
