This role is a real opportunity to those who are interested in developing further in HR systems support, whilst also maintaining experience in a HR generalist role!The postholder will support with the maintenance and development of the HR system, including supporting with systems upgrades testing, security permissions, and dealing with general systems admin. The postholder will also lead on the provision of management information reporting, together with providing a generalist HR Advisor support.Applicants should have experience of working in a HR role in a similar setting, together with a working experience of managing HR system admin, for example, to set up workflows, security permissions, creating smart groups, creating org string structures, and system upgrade testing. Applicants should also have experience of generating management information reports, ideally with experience of using Business Objects or Power BI platforms.Apart from our great location, our wonderful staff and positive culture, we also offer a range of other staff benefits, including generous annual leave and defined benefit pension schemes.
