The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within an assigned organization.What you’ll do:Partner with business leaders and HR Specialist areas (e.g. Compensation, Resourcing, Learning and Development) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures to achieve desired HR goalsPartner with Senior Leaders in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies to achieve business goalsCoach seniors leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, andStrengthen the culture of assigned business groupsAssess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognizedAlign people resources with appropriate business strategyAssess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunitiesCreate, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capabilityDevelop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiativesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.What we’ll need from you:10+ years of relevant experienceExperience in trainingStrong knowledge of HR functionsExperience gained in large complex financial institutions preferred but not a mustClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoftFluent EnglishEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredWhat we can offer you:By joining Citi Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive compensation package and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well:
