Work tasks:

To advise in personnel-related queries for international personnel.

Guide and support managers regarding personnel cases.

To give advice to managers regarding work and immigration laws.

Maintain SAP personnel data.

To be the driving force in developing and improving HR processes.

Assist with applications for Residence permits, visas and international taxation.

Maintain SAP/Employee Central-SuccessFactors personnel data.

Qualifications:

Broad knowledge and experience with International cases (in and out of Norway)

Extensive knowledge of public regulations and tariff agreements.

Experience with UDI and central tax office of foreign affairs’ laws and regulations

Degree within Human Resources is favorable.

Minimum of 5 years experiences within HR related work

Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written

Experience in SAP

Personal qualities:

The candidate should possess good communication and teamworking skills and should be able to work solitarily and in a team.

In this position, it is vital to be flexible, approachable and have a service minded attitude.

You should be good at seeing the bigger picture and take own initiative with development and improvement as well as contribute to making a good workplace.

The position requires that you champion the Company’s HSE procedures.
