Your tasks

  • serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries;
  • manage and maintain HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations;
  • ensure the HR database is accurate, up to date, and aligned with applicable legislation;
  • prepare and issue employment-related documentation for new hires and current employees;
  • respond to employees’ HR-related questions and provide necessary support;
  • support the payroll department by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules);
  • administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth operations;
  • actively participate in HR projects and initiatives;
  • coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) activities with external providers;
  • manage relationships with external vendors, including payroll, H&S, and benefits providers

What we expect

  • bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the company from IT industry;
  • fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors – a strong plus;
  • proven experience in managing employee benefits programs;
  • strong background in vendor management within HR;
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
