Our client is a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry.Currently, they are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join their dynamic, multicultural organisation in The Hague. In the role, you will be working with the People Services team to deliver comprehensive HR support to Managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies.Job Profile for HR Advisor
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Be the first point of contact for Managers, be responsive and proactive in addressing their needs
• Work alongside the Organisation Development team to design and implement HR programs
• Guide managers on essential HR expertise and shape employees-related decisions effectively
• Adapt and prioritise projects in a fast-paced environment
• Manage a wide range of HR services across the entire employee life cycle spanning multiple countries
• Collaborate and support colleagues to achieve team goals

Candidate Profile for HR Advisor

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French or Italian language is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related area
• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law is a must
• Familiarity with labour laws in the UK, France, Italy, and/or Malaysia is a plus
• Knowledge of HR systems like Workday or SAP is required
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and enjoy new challenges
