Our people are our greatest asset, and it is critical to our continued success that we create the right conditions for our people to thrive at Cambridge.The Roles:There are three fixed term positions available until 28th February 2026.As an HR Administrator within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) you will be responsible for providing all HR transactional administration relating to employees’ terms and conditions throughout the life cycle of their employment, processing transactions in a professional, efficient and accurate way ensuring that a high level of service is received by new and existing members of the University. This includes (but is not limited to) contractual documentation, leave administration, redundancy calculations, employment references and payments and outcomes from regular exercises such as contribution reward schemes and academic career pathways.Joining a friendly and supportive team, working with the HR Administration Manager (and Deputy), this role develops and implements the documented procedures of the team and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.About you:In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with:
