Zakres obowiązków:

  • Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets
  • Close working relationship with HR BP from the region
  • Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
  • Preparation of personnel documents (confirmation of employment, salary certificates, contracts, document updates)
  • Maintenance of HR data in Assigned systems
  • Responding to all inquiries regarding employee data, updating data accordingly data (bank updates, personal data updates, etc.)
  • Develop and review new standard SOP operational processes (instructions)
  • Prepare and submit monthly reportsregarding employment
  • Maintaining organizational structure in SAP HR and other

tools * Maintain employee life cycle events in systems HR and payroll

  • Providing reference documents for employees as needed
  • Supporting employees in accessing applications

corporate applicationsOczekiwania:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • 2- 3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
  • SAP HR knowledge is a must
  • Experience in administrative role
  • Profound knowledge of HR Administration
  • Organizational Management processes
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset
  • Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach
