Introduction:JOIN US! We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator/Office Manager to join our team in Ghent. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for creating a positive work environment. Job Description:What you’ll do:

  • Human Resources Support
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to payroll and benefit inquires
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting exit interviews.
  • Facilitate HR programs deployment (performance, training, OKR setting etc.)
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and managing calendars.
  • Office Management
  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Liaise with building management and maintenance service providers to address facility-related issues.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Assist with the setup of workstations and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support local Marketing activities

What you’ll bring:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within facilities management or HR.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
