JOB SUMMARY

We are creating an exciting opportunity for someone to join HR for a project based role. The role will support the Human Resources Manager and coordinator where we take HR to the next level.

The role will focus on a sustainable and more technology efficient approach within Human Resources as we take all documentation from current document files to an online method of working. The role is very administrative based with some data requirements, lots of organisation and enthusiasm for a scanner and printer.

Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Managing Human Resources Operations

• Assists with any process administration and the collation of data for relevant reports.

  • good computer skills

  • good level of English, spoken and written

  • logical and practical working skills

  • friendly and approachable

  • willing to get involved and can do attitude

  • ensure data confidentiality

This is a great opportunity for someone between roles, or looking for a step into HR / administration.

You would be required to have the right to work in the UK, as this is a fixed term or short term casual role and project opportunity. An internship could be considered for the right candidate working between Human Resources and Quality.
