Additional information can be found at .An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR Team as we seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator, working as part of our global delivery. You will play a key role and ensure work is processed within agreed Service Level Objectives (SLO) and support business areas across a number of different countries in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).The HR Administrator is a key position within the HR team providing a detail-oriented approach to all areas of HR administration, to include areas of HRIS data entry and maintenance, paperwork compliance, and the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. These areas are considered to be of significant importance to the business and its colleagues.Ideally based in Krakow, the role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis with time spent at our local office however, we are also open to considering candidates from other locations to work fully remotely.Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and first line query support to the business responding within agreed SLO’s and in collaboration with the broader HR team for more complex queries.
  • Develop and maintain a productive and effective working relationship with business stakeholders to deliver exceptional administrative support and first level guidance.
  • Support with the accurate maintenance and preparation of core employment documentation to support the Employee Lifecycle, including the new hire offer, contract change and termination documentation and process employee changes in the HRIS Database
  • Support our HR Foundations Strategy by working closely with the wider HR and Payroll teams – identifying improvements for ways of working and supporting the validation/auditing of documents prior to being passed to the payroll team.
  • Input and maintain our core Global HR Information Systems – Oracle HCM and ADP WorkForce Now.
  • Create and maintain employee files and produce all relevant documentation, ensuring all contractual/legal documents and templates are kept up to date and in line with current legislation.
  • Manage highly confidential information and act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement with the company at all times.
  • Create and supply both ad hoc and regular reporting and present statistical and financial information as requested in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Complete employment verifications, to include Right to Work, background checks, references, and other relevant verifications.
  • Support with annual audit requirements as and when needed.
  • Provide support to Senior HR Leadership with annual and ad hoc project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous background in HR administration
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages, can work towards developing skills and knowledge in excel to support with reporting/process improvement.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with ever changing priorities.
  • Effective time management due to high volume of workloads.
  • Ability to work remotely and be a self starter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display a confident personality with a ‘can do’ approach, able to identify problems and potential solutions.
  • Attention to detail and curious in nature.

While not essential, the following would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems, including – Oracle/Taleo.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of excel.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Teams
