HR Admin Specialist in Assago, Italy

Position Snapshot

  • Nestlé, Milan HQ

  • At least 2/3 years of experience in HR Admin with particular attention to Time Management.

  • Previous experience with Kronos will be a plus.

  • Knowledge of SAP HR and Success Factors is required.

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is necessary for daily communication in an international context.

Position Summary

  • Administrative activities related to employee hiring, transfers, and terminations.

  • Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of attendance and justifications.

  • Management of sick leave, maternity leave, and accidents.

  • Reference point for HRBP at the headquarters.

  • Internal reference for colleagues regarding specific administrative requests (business trips, sick leave, vacations, certificates…) as well as social security and tax aspects, labor law, and contracts.

  • Archiving of personnel documentation.
