Previous experience with Kronos will be a plus.
Knowledge of SAP HR and Success Factors is required.
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is necessary for daily communication in an international context.
Position Summary
Administrative activities related to employee hiring, transfers, and terminations.
Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of attendance and justifications.
Management of sick leave, maternity leave, and accidents.
Reference point for HRBP at the headquarters.
Internal reference for colleagues regarding specific administrative requests (business trips, sick leave, vacations, certificates…) as well as social security and tax aspects, labor law, and contracts.
Archiving of personnel documentation.
