Summary You will serve as a Housing Manager in the Housing Office Division of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES . Responsibilities You will direct and communicate a clear vision for serving the housing customers, evaluate the product in consideration of the customer’s needs. You will direct and plan the development and execution of partial/full tour loaner furnishings and equipment management program including procurement, storage, inventory management, distribution and maintenance of assets. You will oversee the development and implementation of housing forms and reports to measure achievement of goals, inventory management, community assets utilization, and the financial assets required to operate housing programs. You will oversee the development and implementation of management information reporting systems sufficient for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data on Navy and housing program in Naples, Gaeta and Rome. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience for this position include the following: (1) Directing the performance of special investigations, studies, and analyses, addressing unique or extraordinary issues; (2) Overseeing preparation and maintenance of budget execution plans based on seasonal requirements, work force availability, and priority work considerations and controls, and all expenditures of authorized funds; (3) Directing effective planning, development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures affecting the full range of housing facilities management matters, including financial management, maintenance management, repair and improvement projects, occupancy inspections, and energy conservation; (4) Administering operations of Housing Department, decides program needs, resources and emphasis and; (5) Developing and accomplishing of long and short range plans for housing functions and programs.
