About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in Italy!

What you will do

This role reports to Director of Housekeeping, and will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality and that we are delivering the highest of standards consistently, leading guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodating special requests wherever possible, budgeting and assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and establishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

What you bring

Experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.
