We are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in all guest rooms and public areas.

Key expectations:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, turndown service, and public area maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and brand guidelines
• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry) to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback

Profile:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury or 5-star property
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
