Job title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our exclusive luxury resort. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Italy during its exciting pre-opening and transition phase.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
* Oversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
* Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
* Support pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
* Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.

Profile & Requirements

* Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or related industries.
* Experience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Locally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
* Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
