The successful candidate will be based at one of our receptions located at The Scholar; The Scott or KM Hotel & Apartments, however, flexibility is required to support our other receptions.This post is an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development, take on additional responsibilities and support us to enhance our reputation under our University of Edinburgh hospitality and events collection brand which is expected to grow over the next years.In this role you will:
To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong multi-tasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment; a hospitality background and deal with a multitude of customers, including students in a professional manner.
