The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor.

It is a full-time role (40-hour working week made of 8 hours per 5 days and 2 days off).

Your duties

• Coordinate cleaning activities, planning and distributing room tidying interventions

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure highest standards are met

• Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property

• Respond to requests from guests and reception

• Process reports on arrivals, departures and free rooms ready

Our expectations

• Previous experience in the role in 5* hotels, ideally in international chains

• Knowledge of the Opera system and English are advantageous skills

• A friendly and people oriented attitude

• Strongly team-oriented attitude

• A natural talent for paying attention to the smallest details

• A positive outlook and outgoing personality

• Planning, coaching, delegation and team organization skills

• Previous experience supervising a team would be a great advantage
