• Llevar un control de las reservas, atender a las que se realicen por teléfono y controlar que se cumplen los tiempos para evitar esperas.
• Recibir a los clientes en cuanto llegan al restaurante y darles la bienvenida.
• Comprobar la reserva y las condiciones de la misma
• Acompañar a los clientes hasta su mesa asegurándose de que cumple con todas sus solicitudes y necesidades.
• Proporcionar los menús y carta de vinos.
• Controlar que se mantiene el orden y la limpieza en el comedor durante los servicios.
• Servir de enlace entre el personal de cocina y sala.
• Presentar la cuenta y proceder a su cobro.
• Despedir a los clientes y preguntarles si la experiencia ha sido satisfactoria.
• Revisar las críticas/valoraciones en portales de reseñas de hostelería.
