About the role

The Host/Hostess is responsible for informing and directing visitors or customers. In addition to reception duties are supplemented by telephone reception and secretarial tasks. secretarial duties. As a result, he/she must take account of customer requests and requirements in order to deliver a quality service to our customers in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

• The host/hostess must be qualified and experienced in reception and service, demonstrate excellent team spirit, and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.
• He/she is able to recognize a familiar face, welcome a newcomer and treat everyone as we’d like to be treated.
• Greet, assist and provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
• Handle telephone calls and make reservations in accordance with FS standards.

What we are looking for

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
