Job description – Hospitality Assistant

In this Hospitality Assistant role you will have cross-functional responsibilities in or to offer support for their members and buildings whilst managing their cafe space. You will be the face of the building and will be leading the hub of the community, providing an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities – Hospitality Assistant

• Be the face of the building! Ensure the hub is well organised and you welcoming
• Preparing and selling coffee to the members – showcasing a high level of knowledge of the products- educating customers about brewing methods etc
• Delivering a 5* service- showing genuine interest in customers and their businesses
• Hygiene Champion- adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls and making sure everything is well stocked!
• You will also sometimes help with event support + building management support

Job requirements – Hospitality Assistant

• A degree or above from university
• Around 1+ years experience in a barista role
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
• Knowledge of tech + startups is useful!
• Great verbal, and listening skills
• A can-do attitude and high attention to detail
