This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingEvery day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Hospital Portfolio Strategy Manager role will make an impact:Manage the portfolio of the Hospital Business Unit (B.U.) and its positioning in tender governance by analyzing market conditions.Monitor hospital dynamics that affect the hospital portfolio.Analyze the pharmaceutical market, process, and interpret complex data from tenders, sales, competition, and AIFA.Collaborate with NPI teams and all functions involved in the process to manage new launches.Develop and implement strategies for participation in regional tenders as an active member of the Pricing Tender Team.Participate in the governance of launches for new pharmaceutical products, aligning with corporate objectives.Monitor market trends, competition analysis, and patient needs to identify product positioning opportunities.Collaborate with the GLOBAL team as a key point of reference for the Hospital Business Unit.Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply, Regulatory) to ensure effective launch planning.Define and manage tender timelines and priorities to meet deadlines and the associated approval flows.Prepare detailed reports to present to management for future strategic decisions.About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
