Under the recent immigration rules, this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.Candidates are expected to demonstrate their right to work in the UK to be eligible for the post.OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen within the Home Office Compliance Team within Student Administration, providing visa advice and guidance to our international students and staff and ensuring adherence to the Immigration Rules.You should have an understanding of the administrative operations underpinning the student and worker journey and their interactions with the Student and Skilled Worker visa regulations and Immigration Rules. You will also be able to demonstrate exemplary team working skills, a commitment to service excellence and the capacity to work flexibly and effectively with key stakeholders in both the Higher Education and Home Office compliance community.
