This Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school are seeking a confident, reliable, and positive Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a flexible supply basis.This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, with the chance to lead lessons and provide support across different primary key stages. The position is available immediately and will continue through to the end of the academic year, giving you stability and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic primary school setting.About the Role:In this flexible supply role, you’ll step in to cover teacher absences, lead pre-planned lessons, and provide valuable support to students across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in learning while ensuring a positive and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Pre-Planned Lessons: Confidently lead lessons during teacher absences across various year groups.
• Behaviour Management: Implement positive behaviour strategies to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.
• SEND Support: Provide tailored support for students with special educational needs, including small group and 1:1 interventions.
• Adaptability: Work across different year groups and subjects as required, providing flexibility for the school’s needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teaching staff to support student progress and maintain high standards in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced HLTAs or Aspiring Teachers: Ideal for those with HLTA experience or those aspiring to become primary teachers.
• Classroom Experience: A proven ability to lead lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• SEND Knowledge: Experience working with students with special educational needs is desirable.
• Flexibility & Positivity: A positive and adaptable attitude is essential to thrive in this varied role.
• DBS & References: A valid enhanced DBS and two professional references are required.
