Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

• Deliver lessons and provide classroom support in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Work with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning.
• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.

This role is ideal for experienced HLTAs looking to gain further experience or for those seeking flexible, supply-based opportunities.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

• A DBS on the update service .
• Up-to-date safeguarding training .
• At least 6 weeks of experience working with children and young people , ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to deliver lessons.
