Candidates should align with our values, demonstrating a positive, professional attitude and prepared to make a meaningful impact.Role responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance learning in the classroom
• Support students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health challenges
• Deliver core subject interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Assist students with their academic progress and emotional wellbeing
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour
• Lead classes during PPA cover, delivering pre-planned lessons

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that works together to handle challenging situations. A calm, patient and positive approach is essential.The ideal candidate:

• Relevant qualifications and experience working within education
• SEN experience is essential
• Able to work Monday – Friday, term time only
