- Deliver lessons and provide classroom support in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Work with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning.
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
This role is ideal for experienced HLTAs looking to gain further experience or for those seeking flexible, supply-based opportunities.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A DBS on the update service .
- Up-to-date safeguarding training .
- At least 6 weeks of experience working with children and young people , ideally in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to deliver lessons.
