And our success proves us right, we continue to grow and are looking for almost 100 additional EU freelancers (m/f/d) to support us in inbound customer service for a client in the telecommunications (mobile communications) segment.

Your mission:

• Acceptance and, if possible, case-conclusive processing of incoming calls,
• Professional and service-oriented communication with customers,
• Recording and documenting customer concerns in the CRM system,
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

• You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
• You have at least 6 months experience in customer service,
• Your place of work/residence is in the EU,
• You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 verifiable),
• Independent working style and high reliability,
• You have a secure workplace that is not visible and/or accessible to third parties,
• You have a desk, an office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
• You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
