A description of the HEC Liège work environment can be found at .The Department of Management at HEC-Liège is pleased to announce the following full-time (100%) vacancy: Teaching & Research Assistant in Innovation Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship.JOB DESCRIPTIONPositionYour role will involve supporting our faculty in course administration and teaching activities, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, linked with innovation Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship, while dedicating up to 50% of your working time to developing a research project, as a PhD student, in coordination with our professors.PROFILE You have the desire to pursue a doctoral thesis on a topic related to Innovation management, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. You hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management Sciences, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or related fields. You have demonstrated excellent academic performance. Your research capabilities align with the faculty and university’s research policies. Your teaching skills are consistent with HEC-Liège’s educational vision. You show great sense of autonomy and organization You exhibit qualities such as attention to quality, integrity, creativity, and cooperation. You have an excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken).WHAT WE OFFER A 2-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance for 2 more times (2-2-2-year contracts). A competitive gross monthly salary in line with the pay scale for an assistant. Additional benefits including meal vouchers. A dynamic and stimulating working environment primarily based at our city campus.
