In this role you responsibilities will include:
- Actig as Lead, Work Package Owner, Subject Matter Expect depending on project type and key deliverables
- Executing the Health & Safety screening and deliver on the agreed deliveries together with SMEs from Sustainability Partnering
- Collaborating with authorities and prepare approval applications
- Acting as “EHS Supporter” in the Novo Nordisk platform to manage incidents, nonconformities, and changes
- Participating in mapping and sustaining project delivery standards with generic descriptions of deliveries, competences needed and hours to execute
- Working closely with project groups from IPG, PSG, LCM, and Local Project Offices
- Updating delivery progress in Project Board and if relevant coordinate/follow-up with SMEs and EHS Portfolio Manager
Qualifications
What you bring to succeed in this role:
- A Bachelor or Master´s degree in occupational Health & Safety, chemical engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of Health & Safety-related regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong project participation skills with the ability to drive key deliveries from screening to implementation and benefit realization
- Excellent communication skills and high level of both Danish and English
- Stakeholder engagement abilities with experience in building partnerships and driving collaborative health & safety efforts
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively
About the department
You will report to the Associate Manager of the Health & Safety team with 10 employees responsible for health, construction and fire safety, physical safety, process safety, physical security, and business resilience. The team is part of the Sustainability Partnering department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech and are a growing department with currently 24 employees and three managers supporting the entire value chain ensuring compliance to requirements from our mother company and regulations/legislations. The Sustainability Partnering department is organized in the Business Support function together with Finance, Indirect Procurement, and Legal.Working at Novo Nordisk
