You will not only help us set all the right standards and regulations but contribute to the overall functioning of our offices and environment in general. • Lead the implementation of strategies, objectives, and action plans for the entire Center, accompanying businesses in the development of pragmatic strategies that guarantee safety at their facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the different businesses that are part of our organization.
• Promote corporate projects and procedures in the field of PRL, ensuring their correct implementation.
• Supervise the improvement of the prevention data measurement system (including KPIs) that helps monitor the effectiveness of the actions and the evolution of the organization.
• Keep up to date with any new knowledge, initiatives, legal developments, etc., in the field of prevention, actively sharing it with the company’s professionals.
• Manage and set up projects within RSC.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Almost 3 years of experience in Health and Safety or PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) under the Spanish regulatory system.
• C1+ level of Spanish.
• B2+ level of English.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Law is highly valued, as well as a Master’s degree in a similar area.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
