Role: Health Economics and Outcomes LeadSalary: £85,000 – £95,000 (flexibility at the top end for the right candidate) + bonus + car allowanceLocation: Welwyn Garden City (2 days per week in office)Cpl Life Sciences are partnered with a top 10 Pharmaceutical company search for a HEOR Lead position. As a HEOR Lead you’re key responsibilities will be to lead a team of four Health Economists on the delivery of HTA submissions, and developing sound access strategiesRequirements of the role:
- Degree in economics, statistics, life sciences or related field
- Post-graduate qualification in health economics or related field
- Team management experience (some consideration will be made towards those with previous mentoring experience)
- Have experience of delivering a complete HTA submissions (NICE and SMC) and the ability to coach your team through submission from early concept and economic models through to post submission
- Detailed understanding of the role of HEOR within the NHS and pharmaceutical industry, including a deep understanding of the methods, processes and timelines of UK HTA
