Salary: £39,719 to £50,519 Per Annum Including London Weighting

Reference: HR-0310-24The Royal Veterinary College has an exciting permanent opportunity to join our Corporate Health and Safety, embedded in the Organisational Effectiveness Team within Human Resources.Supporting our Corporate H&S Manager, your key focus will be in providing specialist advice on Biosafety and Biosecurity including on Genetically Modified Organisms additionally acting as the RVC DGSA.You will have experience of providing this advice as well as general Health and Safety Advice to support the rest of the CSHT and be a NEBOSH National General Certificate holder, Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and Biosafety Practitioner Level 1 qualified.You will also have strong interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, a sound working knowledge of current H&S law, committed to your own continuous professional development and the promotion of safe, supportive and enriching experiences for staff and students.This role, although primarily based at our Hawkshead Campus, will require travel to our Camden campus (approximately twice per month), a presence on campus will be required although some working from home can be accommodated.We offer a generous reward package including:
