• Develop and implement school policies aligned with educational standards.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Relevant experience in the UK schools
• Proven professional references with clean work history
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to teach up to GCSE or equivalent
• Desire to work in an emotionally supportive environment
• Ability to handle challenging behaviours and SEMH difficulties
• Knowledge of educational policies and trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
