We can and will scale an outstanding boutique search firm that is a magnet for all kinds of stakeholders, starting with clients, candidates and above all Team, precisely because we are a ‘little different.’About the roleAs the Head of Technology, Data & Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s technological landscape and driving innovation.This role is designed for a visionary leader skilled in orchestrating data-driven strategies and digital transformation initiatives that enhance our operational excellence and client engagement.The successful candidate will be adept at managing complex projects involving both internal teams and external contractors, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage comprehensive projects involving employees and contractors, ensuring timely and effective delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Data Integration and Analytics: Develop and oversee the integration of diverse data sources, building a robust data infrastructure in Azure, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaboration with External Vendors and Internal Teams: Work closely with external technology vendors responsible for IT end-user support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Collaborate with an internal Knowledge Manager, who manages ITSM and oversees information and knowledge systems, including Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Suite.
  • Leadership and Innovation: Drive the technology and data analytics vision of the firm, fostering a culture of innovation and leveraging technology to support business goals.

Requisitos mínimos :KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Education & Certification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. Additional certifications or a PhD in relevant areas are preferred.
  • Technology Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership, specifically in managing complex, data-centric projects with both in-house and external teams.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Proficiency: Deep knowledge in Microsoft Azure Data solutions, Power BI, and ideally familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including data modelling and analytics expertise. Experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the 365-ecosystem including SharePoint and Teams is a plus.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage external technology vendors and contractors, skilled in SLA negotiations and building productive partnerships.
  • Strategic Communication Skills: Outstanding leadership and communication capabilities, adept at motivating teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Business & Technical Acumen: Excellent business insight with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives and to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry Preference: Preference for candidates with experience in the executive search or recruitment industry, followed by those with backgrounds in professional services or consulting. These experiences are considered valuable for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within our sector.
