Core Responsibilities
Manage a team including training content developers, delivery specialists and external lead-trainers
Optimize and scale existing LEGO Education Academy certification program for reseller teacher trainers
Oversee and innovate on content development for teacher professional development
Report and advocate across the organization to key stakeholders on successes and learnings from teacher professional development program
Build insights capability to understand end-user satisfaction and need, implementing a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Manage and improve existing program of product orientation and learning for internal and external audiences

The Head of Teacher Training Academy Senior Manager, will build an impactful program of learning to set up our international channel partners for success in selling and implementing LEGO Education solutions in classrooms worldwide. You will be impacting our strategic goal to reach more children with learning through play. You will be part of a dynamic team where creativity and quality drive our dedication to learning outcomes.
You will join our LEGO® Education International team working closely with colleagues in Trade & Market Development. This is a team of skilled professionals who support B2B partner strategy and execution around the world.

A qualification in a relevant subject area such as Training, Education, Teaching, or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience working in leading content development and training delivery teams.
Proven track record in customer success programs, designing learning interactions in both face-to-face and online environments.
Proficiency in English – both oral & written.
